The School encourages interdisciplinary approach to learn through its unique and dynamic curriculum and diverse teaching methodologies along with excellent infrastructural facilities to aid the all-round development of the students.
Hindustan School of Law entered the field of legal education in the year 2019, with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI). The School, despite being a new entry, has all the amenities that are required to enhance the overall legal knowledge of the students, with necessary skill-set.
Hindustan School of Law has a library with a rich collection of books not only in law but also in allied social-science subjects. The library subscribes to major law journals in both print and digital forms. It features a well-equipped moot court hall, where students can hone their court craft.
It offers five-year integrated courses for B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), in addition to a three-year LL.B. course. Hindustan School of Law also offers one-year and two-year LL.M. programs as well as Ph.D. programs in law.

The syllabi and curriculum followed by Hindustan are on par with the top-ranking law schools in India. The courses comply with BCI norms and regulations and focus on court-craft training. Hindustan School of Law collaborates with Surana and Surana International Attorneys, who conduct major national and international moot court competitions. It has also associated with the International Law Students Association (ILSA).
Similarly, students who complete 3 years of LL.B or 5 Year Integrated B.A., LL.B (Hons) or B.B.A., LL.B (Hons) Course and can do one Semester Exchange program at Chicago after the Completion of 3 & 5 Years, such student shall be also entitled to get LL.M. Degree after one Semester from Kent Chicago University. Semester Exchange Program for LL.B students are also possible subject to fulfillment of other conditions of the University.
HITSCAT (Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Common Aptitude Test), is an entrance test introduced in 2022, for those seeking admissions to the diverse non-engineering programmes offered at HITS, encompassing the School of Liberal Arts and Applied Sciences, School of Law, School of Management, School of Allied Health Sciences, etc. The test comprises of Part A featuring questions testing the English and General Knowledge while Part B would comprise of MCQs in the chosen subject. The outcome of the test would be published in our website as notified. Top rankers in HITSCAT would be suitably rewarded through a scholarship.
