The Centre for Research and Consultancy (CRC) is committed to promoting academic research, sponsored research, and consultancy. Our researchers, including full-time and part-time scholars, faculty members and PG/UG students, collaborate with colleagues across the university to advance interdisciplinary studies and Hindustan’s goal of becoming one of the best research universities in the country. With unparalleled resources, including research centers, libraries, and laboratories, we nurture a culture of genuine intellectual enquiry and offer valuable support to fulfill the university’s vision-mission.

The centre has comprehensive policies in place for sponsored research, consultancy and intellectual property rights to drive high-quality research programs. The policies facilitate and support research proposals and university-interactions at all levels through:
- Developing and nurturing linkages with international universities, research centers, and industries to support research and development.
- Offering Generic Training Programs for Research Scholars to improve the quality of research.
- Creating Research Forums, Groups, and Colloquia for Research Scholars to interact with various research groups.
- Organizing short-term courses, seminars, and workshops for effective dissemination of knowledge.
- Producing groundbreaking research that has led to innovative solutions and need-based technology to Industries.
- Establishing numerous collaborations with renowned international institutions to promote cross-cultural research.
- Liaising with Funding Agencies to understand research priorities and facilitating project proposal, review and accounts preparation and submission.
- Orchestrating lecturers and talks and establishing networks and connectivity with eminent scientists from R&D organizations and Industries.
- Helping researchers identify potential intellectual property churned out of their research.
- Developing a protocol for protecting intellectual property generated through our research.
- Working with enterprises and commercial agencies to help transfer intellectual property generated into commercially viable products.
